The 4th Carole Nash RIAC Classic Car Show will once again be held in the prestigious Royal Dublin Society’s Simmounscourt Hall at Ballsbridge, Dublin on Saturday 10th March and Sunday 11th March 2018. The Show will be open on Sat 10am–6pm, Sun 10am–5pm.
The theme of the 2018 Show will be ‘Celebrating Italian Car Design’ and many of the feature displays will exhibit a wide variety of Italian marques from the smallest makes to the most prestigious of Italian Supercars. Once again the mainstay of the Show will be the Club stands featuring the widest possible variety of interests. In addition, an Autojumble will again be featured and there will be family orientated attractions designed to make this a Show for everybody.
The 3rd Carole Nash RIAC Classic Car Show held in March 2016 was a tremendous success with almost 12,500 classic car enthusiasts from all parts of Ireland in attendance.
Almost 250 classic cars were displayed from leading Irish Classic Car Clubs and private collectors. This was easily the most spectacular display of quality vehicles ever seen in Ireland.
But the Show was about much more than the cars on display. Visitors had the opportunity to talk to experts on car restoration, find tools and accessories, restoration products, memorabilia, art and collectables. A big hit with the show visitors was an Classic Traders Autojumble which was a centre of activity throughout the Show.
93% of the visitors surveyed rated the quality of cars on display as very good or excellent, while 97% of commercial exhibitors said their participation had been worthwhile or very worthwhile – one of the best results of any exhibition in recent years.
This was easily the most spectacular display of quality vehicles ever seen in Ireland and images of many of them can be seen on our Facebook event page.
