Castledermot Vintage Day 2013 will take place on Sunday, 29th September 2013 on Des Doyle’s farm at Abbeyview on the Tullow Road, Castledermot, Co. Kildare. This is the seventh year of the event. Any enquiries to castledermotvintageclub@gmail.com, phone 0861903968 (Rita).
Castledermot Vintage Club is a club for those in the South Kildare and Carlow area with an appreciation for all things vintage, particularly vintage vehicle enthusiasts. The club currently has over 100 members.
Every year, the club selects a number of charities, to whom the proceeds of Castledermot Vintage Day are presented. Castledermot Vintage Club has donated €111,000 to charities in 6 years. Last year, Castledermot Vintage Club donated €10,000 to charities, including “Sama’s Second Skin” fund , the TTTs “Byrne Twins” fund and Heart Children Ireland.
