Make sure you have your mobile phone and credit/debit card at the ready. Register online at Parcel Motel.com or through our Facebook page. Select your nearest Parcel Motel location when registering and receive your unique Parcel Motel Identification Number (PMID). You will also receive your Parcel Motel key card containing your PMID in the post.
Shop away online on any website. MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS NO LARGER THAN 41 X 38 X 64cm, and no heavier than 10kgs, and when it comes to entering a delivery address enter your name and your PMID and then enter either of these two addresses:

The reason we are giving you an option of the UK address is that some UK websites offer free delivery to UK addresses only. So if you come across a website like this then why not avail of the free delivery! All you have to pay is the Parcel Motel delivery charge or if it’s one of your first two free drops then it will be completely free!
For quality assurance, your parcel is sent to our centralized check-in area where we receive all parcels from various carriers. If it arrives in good condition, we will provide the carrier with a unique PM receipt number (PMRN). This is what they should use as their proof of delivery and verification that we have taken custody of your parcel. We will then check in your parcel by photographing it and determine your preferred Parcel Motel location by the PMID.
Once your parcel has arrived at your chosen Parcel Motel we will send you a text containing a unique secure PIN number. You will get a new PIN number each time you use Parcel Motel.
Your parcel is now ready for collection at your chosen Parcel Motel. When you arrive simply key in your phone number followed by the PIN number for this delivery and hey presto a door will swing open with your parcel inside.
