In consideration of this entry being accepted, I declare that the vehicle will be covered by insurance under the Road Traffic Acts and I confirm further that the driver of the vehicle will hold a current Driver’s Licence and that the vehicle has been deemed fully roadworthy by a qualified scrutineer. The COVOC, itsCommittee and members will not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any claim for damages arising as a result of any vehicle or person participation in this event. I further agree to be bound by the rules governing this event and to undertake to abide by the instructions of the organising committee.
